Shipping & delivery policy

Effective date: 27 October 2026

All BestPrompt products are digital PDFs. There is no physical shipping, no shipping charge and nothing is sent by post or courier. Delivery is available to customers anywhere in India.

• How: after a successful payment you are taken to your order page, which has a download button for each book you bought. You can reopen that page later from the same link to download again.
• When: instantly, as soon as the payment succeeds. If a download fails for any reason, email orders@bestprompt.store with your order ID and we will send the PDF within one working day.
• Not received? Check your spam and Promotions folders, then email orders@bestprompt.store with your order ID.
