This policy explains how BestPrompt (“BestPrompt”, “we”) collects and uses personal data on https://bestprompt.store, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Order details you give us: name, email, mobile number, order ID, books bought and amount.
• Payment: payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. We receive the payment status, amount, payment method type and a reference number. We never receive your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Usage data: if enabled, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics set cookies and collect device, browser and page-visit data to measure ads and improve the site.

Why we use it

• To process your payment and deliver your ebook.
• To provide support and process refunds.
• To measure and improve our ads and website (with analytics and advertising cookies).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, namely our payment processor (Cashfree Payments), our website host (Netlify), our email provider, and Meta and Google for analytics and ads where enabled, or where the law requires it.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support and legal or tax requirements (typically up to 8 years for accounting records), then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing orders@bestprompt.store.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The store still works without analytics cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above changes when we do.
